To keep your data secure, Ruislip RFC uses the Rugby Football Union’s Games Management System (GMS). If you or your child has not played rugby elsewhere, to start the process of becoming at player with the club, you need to set up an account on GMS, by going to https://gms.rfu.com/ and following the links. A video showing you how to do this is available here.
Ruislip RFC is committed to being an inclusive club – if you have any concerns about the affordability of membership or any of the kit you or your child will need, please speak to your coach or email memberships@ruisliprfc.co.uk.
Age Grade Registration used to be known as affiliation. All players under the age of 18 on 1 September 2023 (age grade players) need to be registered as playing at the club. This applies to new players and those who have been “affiliated” to the club in previous years. If you need any help with this, we have prepared a video which can be watched here.
All age grade players must be registered before they are eligible for membership. If the player has not been registered with the club before, you must wait for approval before purchasing a membership.
Memberships are only available through GMS. Family discounts are available so that a non- playing parent will not pay for membership if bought at the same time as a child’s membership. Plus, if you have more than one child joining the club, the total fees you pay will be capped at the Family Membership price below.
